We bought a house in a very nice neighborhood, but it needs to be refurbished. The bathroom has really old plumbing and every single tap is leaking. We need to replace them as soon as possible. The bathroom walls are stained, thus we need to paint them as well.

In the kitchen, the pantry door is stuck, so we need to oil the hinges. The pantry window needs to be replaced too because it’s cracked.

Luckily, the house wiring isn’t faulty, but all of the light bulbs in our new home need to be replaced with LED bulbs. 

The previous owner told us that the roof is leaking, so it needs to be fixed. 

There is a lot of old machinery in the backyard and we need to have it removed. After that, I can plant my herb garden. 

Once we have repaired all of this, we can move on to decorating. Since my sister is really good at it, I will ask her to help us out.
