Name and Describe Five Things You Can See, Four Things You Can Hear and Three Things You Can Smell

Last weekend, my family and I went to the zoo. Even though we’ve been to this zoo many times, there is always something new to see and experience.

We saw many wild animals in the zoo, but a few left a lasting impression. The most impressive one was the herd of elephants, especially the one calf. The young one sounded like a trumpet as it was running around excitedly. And the closer we got to their place the stronger the smell of hay was.

The scariest was the group of crocodiles. They stood motionless in their enclosure with only an occasional hiss coming from them. 

Chimpanzees were the funniest. Their hoots sounded like laughter. Surprisingly, their enclosure didn’t smell bad at all. 

We were disappointed with the hedgehog habitat because we couldn’t see any of them. They refused to leave their hiding holes.

The aviary was very pretty with different colored birds, but they were also the loudest. Their screeches echoed around us as the parrots talked to each other.

As we were nearing the exit, the smell of popcorn appeared, so we decided to treat ourselves.
